No. Orders must be placed by the approved parent or guardian for that household.

However, if a parent/guardian is unable to pick up their order because of illness, transportation issues, etc., a friend or family member may pick up the already-ordered parcel on their behalf.

A new ordering link is sent every Monday morning by text and email. Orders can be placed from Monday until Thursday morning for that week’s order.

Orders are available for curbside pickup during Food Bank distribution hours:

  • Wednesdays: 3–7 PM
  • Fridays: 11 AM–3 PM

When you arrive, tell the carting staff your name and they will bring your order to your vehicle.

If you cannot pick up your order due to illness, transportation issues, or another similar circumstance, a friend or family member can pick up the parcel on your behalf. Alternatively, you can cancel your order via your online account. We do not accept order cancelations over the phone or by email.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please make arrangements for a friend or family member to pick it up on your behalf whenever possible.

If you miss 3 order pickups, you will be removed from the current Meals ’til Monday enrollment and will need to re-register when enrollment opens again in May.
