A Simple Gesture (ASG)

We made it easy for you to donate food to Stanwood Camano Foodbank through our A Simple Gesture program. Join our community in contributing food and other basic items to those in need!

Here’s how it works

You register for A Simple Gesture
We provide you with a reusable green bag. The bag comes with a list of our most-needed items and schedule of pickup.
When you go out to shop, you fill the bag with non-perishable food or personal care items
We will text or email you to remind you of the scheduled pickup.
When the bag is ready, you leave it on your front porch.
One of our volunteers will then pick up the bag with your donated items

Most Needed Items (2025-2026)

Food Items:

Hearty Soups & Stews (Progresso type), Mac N Cheese, Pasta, Pasta Sauce, Canned Beans (Pinto, Black, Kidney), Cereal or Granola (Low Sugar), Canned Meat (Chicken or Tuna), Canned Fruit (Low Sugar), Alternative Milk (Almond, Oat, Soy)

Non Food Items:

Toilet Paper, Diapers Size 5 & 6, Baby Wipes, Feminine Hygiene
