A Free Grocery Shopping Event Hosted by Meals ’til Monday
The Stanwood Camano Food Bank is hosting Stock Up For Summer, a completely free, appointment-based grocery shopping event for families enrolled in or eligible for the Meals ’til Monday program. This evening event provides local families with additional support as summer approaches, offering healthy foods, resources information, and a welcoming shopping experience.
1. Register on Our Website
Fill out the registration form with your household information.
(Current Meals ’til Monday clients may skip this step as information about the event will be sent directly to their contact info on file.)
2. Schedule Your Appointment
After registering, you’ll receive an email with a link to choose your appointment time.
3. Provide Required Verification Documents
All participants—new and returning—must show: Proof of guardianship and
Proof of residency in a Stanwood‑Camano zip code
4. Attend & Enjoy!
Come at your scheduled time and enjoy a simple, supportive shopping experience.
This event is open to qualified participants of the Meals ’til Monday Program.
To qualify, families must:
Live in a Stanwood‑Camano zip code, and
Have guardianship of children ages 0–18
You do not need to be a current Meals ’til Monday client to attend, but you must complete the verification process.
Note: All families must re‑verify their documents, even if they were verified last year or earlier this year.
If you usually come to the Food Bank on a Wednesday or Friday, attending this event will not prevent you from shopping at another food distribution that same week.
Document Verification Hours:
You may verify your documents:
On, or before your appointment during regular distribution hours:
Wednesdays: 3 PM – 7 PM
Fridays: 11 AM – 3 PM
Completing early verification helps shorten check‑in times on event day.
Additional Information:
This is an evening event designed to accommodate working parents and school schedules.
Children are welcome to attend with a parent/guardian but not required.
Staff and volunteers will be available to assist and answer questions about ongoing food resources.
Spanish-speaking interpreters can be provided upon request
